In a world of swirling snowflakes,
Lies a woman, unbeknownst, for her sake,
She dances and sings, without care,
In her tiny snow globe world, so fair.
She twirls around, with a laugh and a smile,
In her winter wonderland, so pure and beguile,
She doesn't know, she's trapped inside,
A crystal dome, that she can't abide.
For she thinks, this world is all there is,
A world of snow and wonder, a world of bliss,
She doesn't see, the outside world as so vast,
Or the ones who watch, her in the glass.
But though she's trapped, she's still so free,
Her joy and laughter, they inspire, and decree,
Even in a world of tiny size,
Life can still be lived, with a light that defies.
And so she dances, on her little stage,
A snow globe princess, a beauty of age,
And though she'll never leave, this world so small,
Her spirit and her soul, they'll outlast it all.
